I’m Sabah - human being, writer, artist and certified transpersonal healing coach.

Welcome to Dust & Light, a soul-centered, heart-centred, God-centred space where healing meets devotion, and the human heart is held with tenderness and truth. Rooted in Sufi metaphors, inter-spiritual wisdom and my own life experience on the journey of unbecoming and returning, this is a space for those who long for God, for wholeness, for home, beyond the veils of this world while embracing the entirety of this human experience.

Each week, I share reflections on the sacred path of being human: navigating grief and grace, remembering the Divine within, and drawing on wisdom from many traditions. My words may not always be easy to read, but I pray that these words may be a mirror, a prayer, a pause in your day.
