I am, and have always been, a seeker of who I am, of the meaning of life. I knew the Universe was magic but kept trying to forget it because it made me a misfit. When I accepted who I truly was and what I knew deep down, I was blessed with unconditional love and peace. All my questions were not answered, what would be the fun of that, but I can lead now a fearless life full of freedom and joy and share my light with all the persons I encounter. I am at the service of the Universe whenever it needs me and that gives a great meaning to my life. Lots of love.
That is beautiful, Geraldine. To know yourself is to to know the Universe, is to know Source, is to know Magic. May we all continue on our paths of seeking, lest we die a death before we die. Sending love. 💛
Oooh, I love this new side of your Substack. It feels very satiating on the level of cosmic connection. The idea that the seeker is actually seeking him or herself, by seeking God, is an interesting one. I think we need to remember to always strike the right balance between seeking and just being. Both are equally good ways to connect with God and experience the Self and universe.
I have so much to share and too many ideas, and not enough time as you know!😂 I just thought adding this section to my Substack would be a good way to share some of my stream-of-consciousness writing without the pressure, if that makes sense.
And yes, I hear you. It took me a long time to finally understand that to truly know God, I must know myself - for God exists within us and everything, it is God's very breath that breathed life into me, and God is always breathing me, and all of us. So what better way to come to know the Source of all life, but by coming to know the life He created? Alhamdulillah. 💛
I would totally encourage you to experiment with different styles and genres of writing. The more naturally a style comes to you, the more aligned it is, I believe, with your most authentic voice. Not that you can only have one style of expression. But certain things resonate more deeply in one style than another. Bottom line: have fun with writing!
